So slightly disappointed in the product. Arrived quite quickly, there is a metal pole that has a kink in it but Wayfair have tried to sort a replacement part. The colour beige looks more like banana yellow, so I would say go for a darker colour if in stock. One big issue I have with this is that I can’t get the parasol to lower to a height that is manageable to put the cover on, or that makes it look like it could be slightly hidden away in the garden to store. It’s huge! When I’ve checked my set up it looks slightly different to the product advertised, which may stop the top pole slide down further so it’s easier to store. That said, when it’s in the up position it covers a lot of space so you could live with it and am sure it will be useful if we get more good weather. However, I wouldn’t buy again, and am considering sending back once wayfair have spoken to outsunny.

I bought this parasol 40 days ago and have only used it 7–8 times. Yesterday, during some mild wind, the parasol became overstretched and the pin connecting the moving mechanism to the reel snapped. Unfortunately, the parasol doesn’t come with a warranty, and because more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date, I can’t return it. Very disappointing quality for such light use. Buyers should be aware before purchasing.
