I bought this item at the end of May,put it up.Itjust broke from the top while it was up,just collapsed. I had very sound base.please I would like a replacement or refund. Waiting to hear from you. Thank you.

Unfortunately the top joint snapped in a very mild breeze after only a few uses. Wayfair gave me a full refund without quibble but I’m disappointed about the product sndhad invested separately in a weighted base which doesn’t come with the parasol.

Useless, total waste of money,used for about a hour,then a plastic joint snapped,collapsed on garden plants,breaking 2.Luckily our young grandchildren had just left.Informed seller,they sent a replacement, which had been used previously,unacceptable.This time there were bolts missing,and canopy was all screwed up .I was able to salvage bolts from original parasol.We did complain,which they did give us a full refund.But,once again,less than a hour of use,the exact same part snapped again,I would not recommend this item,and now I have a base that was bought alongside this item which I cannot use.I gave it 1 star as would not let me give it zero.!!!

Arrived in the expected time. Easy to assemble, looks good. Pleased with my purchase. I've not given five stars, because I would have preferred if the parasol could fold down smaller.
