Basically a good product, a bit disappointed with the amount green mould on some of the sections of timber, most probably due to being wrapped in plastic for some time.

The arbour was delivered within two days. It took my wife and me about 6 hrs. to put it together. Although many of the section are already assembled, to attach them requires an electric drill and an electric screwdriver. ( the screw holes are not predrilled). The end result is well worth the effort. It is a solid piece of garden furniture that looks great . Peter Evans 26.03.20

Pretty much what I expected and happy with the product. Butted the seat up to the side panels and had to correct which wasted a lot of time but not sure if that was the instructions or my inability to follow them. Good website and service - thanks
