Hi, We are quite happy with the arch as it was cheaper than buying same thing from a garden centre. However the delivery company was less than first class. After one attempted delivery we tried to get in touch with the company as was required on the email but every time I just got a message saying the lines were busy. I left several messages and emails but no one contacted me to arrange redelivery. We arrived home from work to find it had been left at the front of the house in a somewhat battered condition. As there are only a couple of dents on the actual archway we decided just to keep it and paint over the chipped paint where the dents were. I wasn't going to bother sending a complaint but as you have asked for a review I thought I would give you some feedback. Regards, Yvonne
