The awning does not stay tight.... it flaps about in the wind. We contacted Vida xl for help, they stated that they would be in touch within 12 hours - still no contact 24 hours later. This is an expensive item not to be fit for purpose. It is a 6 meter awning that has only been stretched out to 4 meters.
