With a phone call telling me of its due date which they kept to,and the packaging was very adequate but not excessive, it comes flat packed but I soon realised that it only took two screw/bolts to secure, a clever design easy for one person to manage. Very pleased with this bench. We had the bench a few months now the only down side is white paint lifting on hands and clothing could do with a better paint quality otherwise still love it!
