Product lovely when it's up. Have built the gazebo properly. Unfortunately it does not take the rain. Collapsed twice. Poles were bent. It's great for our lazy spa. Looks like I'm having to take it down.

we went to put it up for first time , weather was light rain and a little windy but not blustery , putting sides on and a slight gust blew it and its fell to pieces no good carnt use waste of money !!! thought that they were made for that type of weather you would think they could handle some slight wind !!!

Hi we was very disappointed with this product weve only had it a couple of weeks we had the outside in between two garages went outside yesterday to see that the poles have been bent over and its very flimsy we havent had no heavy wind or anything like that it was even impossible for my husband to repair we are happy to send this product back if they want it back because we werent happy at all and it was such a shame because it was a lovely party tent. The poles are very poor quality.

Rakeshaw 3mx4m Gazebo. Opening the product & laying all the parts out, poles seemed very sturdy & covers very good strong quality. We put the frame work up, NOTE ... before putting the last 4 bottom half legs on make sure you put the roof on first so you can reach easily. We then put the 4 legs on & placed it in the caps screwed to the floor, we put 3 of the side panels on, not the front one ... ok all good so far. We sat admiring it, excited for when the grandchildren came round . All of a sudden the gazebo lifted up with abit of wind & out of the scewed down caps ... ok ... so we then used the strings to tie it down.... better .... but everytime the wind blew it still lifted out the caps. Anyway, son turns up & has a wonderful idea ... to screw through each pole leg into the cap so it doesnt keep lifting out. Worked a treat. As a strong wind was coming in we took the side panels off & left the roof on... next morning it was still there but I dont think it would have been without those 4 extra screws through the pole & cap. WAYFAIR .. Why give caps for poles to sit in & it just lifts out .... surely something to keep them in would help ... so if you reading this.. suggest this to your manufacturers. Overall, a lovely gazebo... have added photo. All gazebos will do the same in the wind... just make sure you tie it down. Much better than any other gazebo I have bought. I did only pay £55 reduced from £89.
