Rashee 3m x 3m Steel Patio Gazebo

Lovely gazebo, easy to assemble and complements our compass rotund.Has stood up well to the usual Scottish weather so far! Only gripe is the lack of paint on the metal framework, rust showing at welds after only a couple of days!! Just sprayed with plasticote and now looks superb,. but shouldn't have to do that with a £300.00 product!! Overall, lovely.

I bought two of these for two households. Firstly, Wayfair delivery was way faster than expected/predicted. The general structure and fabric appears good quality overall. All parts fitted together easily, no main issues compared to cheaper products I've used previously. On two gazebo's there was one screw hole that had a filing in it, and that was easily addressed. I had some other minor issues (at this point in time) on the fabric and a couple of ironwork welds, which I've fed back directly on. There are some key design flaws in that there are no loops on the base of the outer walls to peg them down, nor enough Velcro straps for the same to attach them to poles/metalwork between poles, etc. This means in windy weather (we are in UK/Eire!) the sides flap a lot and I worry about potential damage long term. This is a design flaw that could easily be remedied by the manufacturers though, with little or no increase to the item cost. I would also like to see an option to buy spare curtain hooks, or provide them with the purchase, as these may wear over time. Overall though, I would say these appear very good value for money, but the design flaws in securing the sides in wet & windy weather leaves me with some concern. N.B. My family's previous experience with Wayfair show they are a company with excellent customer services, particularly after sales. There were some other minor niggles, but if not for the design flaw noted above, these would be a very good product and far better than anything I have used previously.

Built this gazebo and realised the roof covering was not in the box. Got in touch with wayfair and it was sorted immediately. Amazing customer service. The gazebo is stunning. Fully waterproof and ideal place for our hot tub underneath it. PERFECT.

This gazebo was easily to assemble with good to follow instructions came earlier than expected nice and neat curtains and nets nice.

We purchased this to cover a lay-z-spa and it arrived weeks before the predicted delivery date. The item seemed quite heavy when it arrived but once I started to put it together I was a little worried about the strength of the frame. I thought the assembly instructions are a little vague in places such as one of the first steps when you screw the U brackets on top of the main legs as if I had know that the opening should face the flat side between the mountings for the side rails it would have saved me a few issues. It's now been up for just over a week and in 40 mph wind gusts for the last 3 days and I am happy to say it is a lot more sturdy than I initially thought as the first windy day every time there was a strong gust I ran out to check on it. I think it looks nice and it suited our needs although there were slight rust marks and chips in the coating on some parts of the frame. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Well impressed came two weeks earlier than originally estimated. Instructions and installation easy. Shower proof although not heavy rain proof. Thunder & Lightning fun to sit through but got a bit damp Overall 5* and great addition to the garden. Just need the weather now.

The gazebo is awesome. It looks amazing and has been out in all weathers and still looks like new. Fabulous product.

We are using this gazebo to keep our hot tub under and throughout the wind and rain it has held fast and is totally waterproof. I would highly recommend this product to any one looking for an extra all year round outside shelter.
