Zip broke after 3 uses. I know.its a cheap product however I expected.at least a few good months of so of use. Now the door won't close and the wind is blasting in there and Constantly lifting the plastic cover of the frame. Disappointed.

Happy with the purchase, well made, but zip is a bit flimsy and looks like it may fail soon!

Awful item. The zip was not very robust and after about 3 weeks of use has now broken completely, and I can't return it or get a refund as it is not eligible! Avoid at all costs.

All in all for my first purchase from Wayfair was well disappointing. Wayfair had to send out 4 via Hermes before one arrived, I had 4 different tracker numbers to painfully watch get collected then lost or issues with within 12 hours of being with Hermes. My estimated delivery date was the same day Wayfair arranged for Hermes to collect, so when discovered that my order wouldn't be on time for a birthday present I contacted Wayfair to be told I couldn't cancel as now at shipping status. I would have to wait to receive then cancel under Wayfairs 30 day policy. Who cancels an order before the delivery date? So Wayfair had me over a barrel. I had to wait and wait and chase and wait and chase until it eventually arrived. So I will not be rushing to buy anything from them again, nor recommend anyone else does
