Hessville 189 cm Long Single Chaise

This sunlounger is absolutely rubbish and NOT worth the money. The insurance isnt worth the paper its written on, and the after sales service is abysmal. I was mucked about something terrible. Promised a replacement was on its way, then it didnt turn up, then it was on and off several times. I asked to purchase a better one. The first time I was told I was too late, that a replacement was en route to me, but then it was off, then I was told I could purchase a different one and they would give me 5 off for the inconvenience I had been put through so I started to look for a replacement so I sent an email about how I get the discount. No reply till the next day, which just said the replacement would be delivered between 1311 and 1411, but it never came, and I received no correspondence to say what was happening until I got in touch as to why, then I got a message saying that the delivery man was new and was running behind. He eventually arrived at about 1800 I would advise you to steer clear if you want a stress free purchase and delivery. Shocking after sales!

Recliner is as described Delivery was on time Notified and kept up to date about the delivery So all round great service, will purchase online again

Looks great. Can't wait for the summer to test it.

Seems of good quality and fairly light and sturdy. It can be set horizontal. However I have not tried it yet!

Great quality & excellent service.
