Usonia 4m x 3m Steel Patio Gazebo

Bought this Gazebo so that I could conform with COVID 19 restrictions and meet up safely with family in my garden. At first this worked perfectly. Unfortunately the weather over the last few days have taken a turn for the worse and after a light snow fall on Thursday night I woke up to find that the roof had collapsed. After closer inspection I noticed that the roof poles were bent. Unfortunately on trying to straighten them they have snapped and I can no longer use the gazebo. I don’t believe this is a fault with the product but perhaps it should be noted that even the slightest weight on the canopy can render the product useless ! I have dismantled it completely as it can no longer be used.
