Beautiful Swan Statue

This must be one of the worst items I’ve received by on line shopping. Even worse is the returns where they state there is a resolution option and there isn’t. I’ve just wasted an hour messing about with this. I rarely complain, but this is so shocking an experience I felt compelled to write.

Problems of delivery to Ireland - detials on request - meant that I have waited for this for two years - that is, until I came to the UK for a stay of some months. The black swan is the crest on the family coat-of-arms and is exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was almost overnight and frienfly/trackable. Packaging was perfect. Am really delighted.
