It is especially effected sitting at the top of steps, on a rock or platform so it appears to be "ready to pounce". The grass is a little off, but I have it where some real plants are at the base. Cute face. We put it on a railing that looks into kitchen window, guests did a real double-take. We get lots of favorable comments on this and the reclining one.

Unless you want a VERY yellow lion standing on light yellow grass (looks ,ore like a color coral might come in) iI don't recommend this piece. The color alone makes it very undesirable.

The Lioness is a beautiful piece of artwork. The detail is wonderful. I have the Lioness prowling from behind a hybrid palm tree. To accentuate the yellow on the base , I have planted some low growing yellow flowers and a few ferns. It is not only beautiful , but so realistic looking. I feel as if I have a rainforest in my backyard. I want to add additional mammals in the very near future! Thank you so much for the beautiful sculptures!❤️
