Three Cherubs With Urn Birdbath Statue

Love these Cherubs with Urn Statue! I purchased two of these for my front door. They look great and I have received many compliments. Great for setting a premade plant or flower arrangement in the urn.

The quality of detail is finer than I expected. I've placed it in my backyard garden, where it adds a classical touch. And it helps make the time I spend in my backyard more of a vacation-like experience. I've decided to place raisins and walnuts in the urn for mockingbirds and thrashers, rather than adding water or a plant. The statue also lights up quite nicely at night with a low-voltage outdoor spot light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom keeps a nice garden, and just days before her birthday she mentioned that she would like to add a birdbath to it. I had been wondering what to get her for her birthday, so when she said that, I knew it would make the perfect gift. So, I rushed to order this statute in time for her birthday over the weekend. She received it that Monday and was pleasantly surprised. It's in her garden now, and I must say it has added a nice touch. It was just the garden statue she was looking for. (She tied it up with some metal because the statue is pretty and she doesn't want it to magically fly away, if you know what I mean.) I did look for other cherub statues before buying from Design Toscano, but couldn't find anything nearly as nice and affordable on the Internet.

This just arrived. Love the details of the casting. It does look a little plasticky up close but some weathering will help. There is no option for a hole in the bowl to put a plant in. It is really just a bird bath not a planter. I wish the description would state. The bowl is small and only holds a little bit more than a quart of water. Beautiful statue with some issues but still love it.
