Nothing wrong with the chair. BUT... it was advertised as "No assembly required" and this is false advertising as it did need assembly. The main reason I bought this chair was that I live alone and I'm not very practical, so assembly is a challenge for me. I was given a 20% refund, but if I can't put the chair together, then it's not much help is it?
