L-shaped Couch Sofa Set 5 Piece with Cushions Poly Rattan

Very poor quality after a few weeks the fitting broke, hard to get hold of anyone for a compensation or a refund, never shopping on here again. Very fragile

Not entirely happy with this garden set .....quality is not great and it's flimsy and not very substantial for the money paid £280 .We decided to assemble and it's not comfortable either we dont intend returning and certainly dont recommend at all .

Not impressed at all 85.00 never mind 285 in the sale very cheap looking and not at all sturdy

This was a belated birthday present for me as I had a stroke on my birthday was in hospital for over a week so my family wanted to surprise me so when the item was delivered I was super excited as I have never had anything like this but the excitement didnt last it looked like it was not new it had scrapes on the legs parts of the rattan was coming apart there was no screws it looked second hand so I wanted to return for a refund but since I told them on 26624 I have had nothing but trouble being passed from pillar to post after days of messages emails that I am still in limbo waiting another 3 to 5 days for someone else to get in contact so if you have a problem with your big items just beware returning is not straight forward like it should be.

Absolutely awful garden furniture. Fell apart, unable to have my family sit on it. Unable to with stand much weight.
