My order was actually canceled, but I received the item anyway! Good thing too, this is a wonderful holder! Very easy to put together, very well-made, has locking wheels, extremely easy fill side! I cannot wait until summer to use this wonderful umbrella stand! Nice top design would be a good place to set small planters for decorative purposes! The heavy duty plastic, will hopefully last for years!
