Hugo Swing Seat

An excellent product. Lovely and sturdy. The person who uploaded the step by step photos in their review, it was so needed. My order was delivered promptly. The base of the seated section had to be replaced, as the hole drilled did not line up. Customer service were amazing. All I did was upload a video of the problem area. In 3 days I received my replacement.

Its a nice seat, but unfortunately a holes was drilled in the wrong place so was disappointed with it. I have tried to contact Wayfair about it but cant’t get a response.

Amazing larger than I thought on the widest part (the feet) but after reading all the reviews I felt the only thing missing was photos of it being built. So I built this myself (55 years) you do need to get the angle right remember this is not a square

Bought this as a present. When it arrived in two boxes I wasn’t holding out much hope but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised! It is made from solid wood and is a great size (not too big or too small). The assembly is straightforward. I would (& have) recommended.

Came over a week earlier than initially stated. Easy to put together and I’m so pleased with it .

The product is very good value for money Wayfair customer service is the worse I’ve ever experienced. They certainly do not care about their customer experience when things don’t go quite right.

Arrived earlier than expected lovely swing but bolts missing and too many of one size not enough of another so had to buy bolts to be able to erect the swing this cost £35, discussed with Wayfair who gave £47 discount, could have sent it back but that would have been a complete hazzle as I work full time, everything was out of box ready for assemble. I love the swing don't like the hazzle when the product is over £200!, has put me off buying further from Wayfair.
