I wish the directions were a little clearer. I followed them and the result was the first picture. I was so depressed after a long afternoon building it, by myself, 9 months pregnant as a surprise for my husband for fathers day. Once i figure out picture 2 i was very please. And now seeing it on the website im pretty confident that is correct. But i have 4 extra pieces that are not listed in the instructions. Otherwise it seems pretty great. I dont want to sit in when no one else is home cause i dont think ill be able to get out. Lol. But it looks comfy.
