At first I was very impressed with the fast delivery and quality until I tried to put it up. It is very heavy and hard to push up,even harder if like me the cord is on wrong (see photo) but returning is easy so still very happy with service.

It shows it with a base!!! It comes without the base WHY??

VERY DISAPPOINTED Having purchased one of these a few years back, I felt it was value for money. My other Parasols were twice the amount, and much better quality. I did nit expect because of the low price., however I had two issues (1) the cord rope tangled in struts and pin pole problem
