Very poor quality wood part. Chipped all over and drill holes look like made with a plastic fork? Had replacement sent and exactly the same issue. Needs to be quality checked and sorted. Waiting on refund.

Ok so this product is what you pay for. I would never pay full price for this but it is worth £35 - £40. The bracket is pretty solid and its a simple design. The small white ball that the bag attaches to is plastic and makes a bit of a noise while hitting as its got a bit too much space to jump up and down, the board is thin so it amplifies the noise too so dont expect a quiet speedball but this being said it does exactly what I want it for. Endurance fist rolling. Pump the ball to 4 - 4.5psi dont go any more or you risk it exploding. The ball I received is not quite equal in its diameter so it can jump around a bit but if you follow through a bit more it tends to go where you want it. Overall Im happy with this but again I only use it for rolling fist endurance inbetween weight sessions such as shoulder press and lat pulls. Dont get this if you are after quality. 1 more thing to keep in mind, the ball goes past the board by a few inches so if you install it in a corner like I did leave extra room for the overlap of the ball. Silly mistake on my part really but I can still attack it at a few different angles. Regards Jonny B

Good ball good solid frame but the Circler platform requires additional support if you don't hit the ball in the centre of the frame it vibrates.
