Freeport Park Swing Set with 2 Swing(s) , Slide(s)

Good solid set, a little smaller than I thought it would be but great for little kids

I received an email too say one part would be shipped. Then after that I’ve received it in separate parcels. I got the shipping date of the 16th which it needed to arrive for. Also the little bits off wood that have arrived are moulds?!

Where do I start, firstly came in 3 separate deliveries which I was not told about, speaking to Wayfair they knew but didnt think it was essential information for a customer my complaint went straight over their heads, couldn't track anything after the first parcel as order info stated delivered. Delivery finally come the wood in the plastic wrap was wet no holes drilled in anywhere and screws they told you to use for certain parts went straight through sticking out the other side and the wood is really rough so I have to sand it all down. Once that is all done it's a sturdy swing set that looks nice, just not sure its worth the effort and the shameful Wayfair customer service.

When up and finished it's great, building it was not so great nothing was pre-drilles and should have been if you order this make sure you've got all the tools drills ect.

So disappointed. Very unclear instructions. No pre drilled holes so hoping that your drilling in the right place! Wood splits easily. Would not recommend
