Boule 115cm W x 40cm D Solid Wood Arbour in Tan

Quite flimsy. Doesn't feel very sturdy. Will need to buy some brackets for support. Though it was supplied with fixing spikes, they don't go very deep into the ground.

Looks good but some of the lattice pins sticking out.

Faulty, spilt on building item

Very disappointed. Arrived broken with 2 flower heads snapped off in the box. The box was absolutely huge and so unnecessary to package such a small item in a box of that size. I contacted customer services who wanted the broken flowers back with evri to collect in 2 days. However I don’t have access to a printer to print the returns label and evri won’t collect without. Therefore nothing else can be done. How is it fair that I’m left with a broken item and no refund / replacement as I don’t have a printer. Won’t be ordering from wayfair again.
