The perfect patio umbrella for us. Years ago we purchased this very umbrella, but had to replace that one recently because of wind damage. The good news is that the old one kept its navy blue color pretty well, the wood pole was in great shape and the mechanism worked perfectly. We bought a new one a few weeks ago and have decided to buy a second one today, for another area of our yard.

This umbrella seems sturdy and I love the pulley feature. Time will tell how it holds up to the Arizona sun and wind. The reason for only 3 stars is the color of the wood. Based on pictures I expected it to be lighter (and closer to the color of the rest of the wood pieces in my back yard). To me, the wood is closer to a dark walnut. Unfortunately, I took a gamble on the open box item and can’t return.
