Assembly is very simple, most f it already done and all the tools you need supplied along with a couple you don't need to use but do fit the pre assembled joints. Stub axles are held to the wheels by two different washers and a circlip. You get four of each, I think they are only needed on one side, looks like the circlips won't fit both sides anyway. Haven't tried it on the road yet.
