Chumley Patio Dining Armchair (Set of 2)

I ordered these chairs as they appeared to be more substantial than others available and this was reflected in the extra cost. Regretfully due to poor packaging one arrived with substantial crack damage to one arm probably due to a combination of this poor packaging and courier mishandling. The carrier (Yodel) had actually put some of their packing tape on ther carton. I noticed on an earlier review that a customer had received the similar set with damage. I tried to report the damage to Yodel and found this to be a nightmare due to there being no clear way of identifying which number they required to identify the package. Every number I imputed was rejected. I am hoping that the matter will be resolved quickly and without any further hassle by Wayfair. 3 stars only due to these problems.

Very disappointed that one chair broke on second use. Very disappointed at Wayfair’s poor response ti my complaint.
