Delivery was just a few dates from ordering, but in this time the price dropped by 5% (£40) which was quite disappointing as I had paid more than I had wanted to get a quality item! Delivered on time and to my room of choice. There was initially some confusion as one box was maked table (okay) and the other marked two chairs (four were expected), however four chairs were enclosed. Table assembley was straight forward with the instructions included. There were no instructions with the chairs although a little common sence gave the position to use the longer and shorter bolts. The first two chairs assembled straightforwardly. The third was awkward and the last virtually impossible as the holes would not align and took ages to complete. As advised in other review you will need a proper hand driver and 10mm ring spanner as I would definately been unable to assemble the chair with provided allen key. Hand tighten bolts to allow for some movemnt during assembly. Three hands and skinny fingers would also help!

The Kramer ratten 4 seat dining set is of suburb quality. Definitely value for money. The delivery of this set was long but worth the wait. The delivery men were exceptional and very helpful. Definitely recommend if looking for value for money. Don’t miss out Get ordering
