Great hose but the company should be better at packaging since the package is not recyclable

I like the hose itself as it retracts to a very small size and makes it easy to store in the covered box I made for it. However, it developed a leak between the strain relief and the nylon connector end shortly after purchase. I filed a claim but no response for over a month now. Today the plastic/nylon snapped off when I turned on the spigot. Hope they honor their warranty, but not much luck yet.

Poor quality. The coupler busted witching the 1st year of having it.

So far so good, bought it for camping and backyard use. Poor experience with other manufacturers and hoses of this design, hoping this is better. Would really like to see further clarification regarding storage use, like is it better to drain if not using it or whether it can be left in the sun, is it a poor idea to run over it with a car types of recommendations.

doesn't work. yes, the water is coming to the close valve. When your open the valve - the water doesn't flow. Bad quality control
