Kamado Joe Classic Joe II - Ceramic Charcoal Grill

Grill itself is really good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This took a few weeks for it to be delivered, but it was well worth the wait. I don't have a ton of experience in grilling, so this was a bit of a leap of faith. But I made the best potatoes of my life on this thing. And it was so fun to cook over an open flame. The setup can be a little daunting, so I'd recommend watching a YouTube video. But overall, I'm so happy I bought this. I can't wait to try out additional recipes in the future.

I have it all. Smoker, grill, Griddle, and my Classic II is my favorite way to cook. Accessories are great and the grill is very versatile, although I will admit I have not used it as a classic smoker yet.

The Kamado Joe has elevated my smoking experience. Briskets come out tender and juicy, with just the right amount of smoke. Ribs do NOT burn and turkey on Thanksgiving has never been better. I even do Pizzas for the gang as an appetizer and all love it. Best grill ever.

I have had the Classic Joe for 3 years and has been my primary cooking grill during that time, taking the place of my propane BBQ and Trager pellet grill. Once the temp is set you can walk away, knowing that everything is going to be alright.
