Love the sun lounger but it has a missing piece, contacted the manufacturer and now I have a case number and I’m waiting to be contacted again to resolve this problem.

Arrived damaged and on requesting refund and return being asked to deal with the manufacturer this breaks consumer rights and is very annoying and a delayed process.

I ordered 2 of these sun loungers unfortunately 1 was broken in 1 corner I think it must have happened in transit. Wayfair were brilliant in customer service and sent a replacement. Nice looking loungers the cushion is quite thin but what do you expect from for the price. Really like that you can fold them up neatly for storing in the winter.
