Summer is getting hot and delicious! Are you all fired up about grilled specialities? Then this smoker is perfect for you. Whether you are smoking, roasting or slow cooking at small or large events, you will be the professional with a barbecue fork in hand. This smoker is proof that grilling is easy. Whether you are making sausages, steaks and corn on the cob, or indulging in spare ribs or tender pulled pork, you have found the right partner. The 50 x 40cm grill surface made of black enamelled stainless steel provides plenty of space for tasty treats, regardless of whether you are grilling a steak with a few friends or providing for a big family celebration. An additional, raised rack measuring 54 x 24cm can be used to keep finished dishes warm. The fire damper is practical for longer grilling events; rather than laboriously removing food and rust to pile up the coals, simply open the flap and fill the brazier as needed. To regulate heat to the food, the brazier can be raised or lowered using a hand crank, while two ventilation flaps regulate the oxygen supply. To smoke or slow cook your food, simply close the smoker's large cover. Two additional ventilation flaps provide the perfect air flow, while a thermometer turns controlling the temperature (from 60 - 427°C) into a breeze. For easy handling, the smoker is also equipped with numerous extras. There are two large shelves on both the left and right sides of the grill, while hooks underneath allow you to easily grab the cooking utensils you need. An extra large shelf below the grill is great for keeping barbecue briquettes, charcoal or wood chips close at hand. Two sturdy wheels make the smoker easy to move, ensuring it is always the centre of attention. Become the master of the grill! This smoker conjures up delicious dishes for every occasion and can turn anyone into the Lord of the Flames. Please note that the grill is delivered as a kit that is easy to assemble in about an hour.
