This cooler was bought 8 years ago and is being used regularly in the summer time every year.
The main feature of this cooler is probably that it will fit easily behind the seat of a car, sitting on the floor. And it can be ran of 12 Volts, so when parked, a portable small battery will keep it running.
Thus small, the interior is wide enough to fit a standard 1 gallon plastic jug (water or milk)! Plus additional items of course.
When filled with water bottles, it keeps them at around 45 degree when it is 90 degree outside, the cooler being in the shade.
There is no seal around the top lid, so warm air can easily enter.
The cigarette lighter plug never makes firm contact, sometimes there is no power to the cooler and all that is needed it to push the plug a bit. There is no indicator light, so it it always some guess work. The lighter plug melted partially right after the first use, but the contacts are still in place and appear to make firm contact.
Inside is a small plastic box towards the rear wall, this is where the thermo element sits. It has riffles at the bottom, and there is still enough space between them and the bottom of the cooler. This allows a can laying flat to roll in between, and eventually being cut by the firm edges of the cooling riffles.
Overall this cooler is still performing well and worth the money.
