The bench arrived within the stated time. The grey colour coordinated really well with my garden and sits comfortably in the corner, offering a contemporary, cool and sturdy seating area. A day after assembly, however, several of the small caps kept popping off. But otherwise it's a good buy. I would also like to see an option of a seat pad/cushion available in different colours.

I didn't open this for 3 wks as I was very busy. I was so disappointed . What I ordered was a very pale grey / blue. What I got was dark grey. It also states its wood. It feels like resin . Very hard plasticey feeling and cushions slide of it.Stands out in my garden every thing else is bluey grey. Disappointed . Will teach me to check contents straight away. All said it's a nice looking bench and took me 20 mins to put together. But annoys me every time I look at it. My friends buying it off me half price.

Great quality and price . Easily assembled. My granddaughter put it together in no time at all.

The good things: the website was easy to navigate and buy from and the garden bench from Lark Manor arrived quickly and was well packaged. The bad things: this is a very badly made bench. It has rough edges, there are places where the paint has not taken properly showing the bare wood below, and the colour is a very dark grey rather than the pale blue/grey shown on the website. If we hadn't needed the bench straightaway, I would have sent it back. This is my first time buying from Wayfair and it will be my last.

Happy with bench, so much so l bought a second one . Good value and good service .
