Everything works great for the most part This isn’t a lavish purchase or a 3000 dollar hot tub so wasn’t expecting to much I will say the motor/pump sounds extremely loud and the bottom of the tub has areas on the tub that seem to not be inflated or have extra material. Strange feeling when you sitting on it But for the price definitely worth it

Item is fantastic, new technology with integrated heater really does make a difference in the efficiency of heating the spa more quickly than the older model. The spa was really easy to set up with self inflation. Added bonus are the padded seats very happy with this product at such an affordable price.

Good size spa for the price. Easy to set up and maintain. Plenty of space for 4 people!

Very easy to set up. Very quick delivery. I had my doubts, it being an inflatable, but it’s very heavy duty.. Better than expected. It’s winter time so it’s set up In our garage. Can’t wait to move it outdoors for summer.

I have had bestways and Coleman’s over the years that always had issues in a very short time. Just after inflating my tub I could see and feel that the waves liner quality was above all the others. The heater/ filter runs so quietI and is so easy to use,,,am more than pleased and brag to all my hair salon clients about waves….Waves….you are my new company for sure…👍👍👍👍👍

Only problem we have had after 40 days, is the cover. We did not purchase the upgraded cover and the one that comes with it is very low quality. The shiny insulation on the top is flaking off and I’m afraid it will get into the filter system.

Bought this hot tub as our previous one we had from here broke. The new tub is absolutely fantastic. The changes that have been made to previous model are fantastic. I would definitely recommend this product.

Easy to put up much sturdier than previous hot tub All set up for xmas Faster heating time and stays hotter for longer would recommend
