If I could give 0 stars k would. Used 4 times then heating unit broke! 3 months later they’ve still not repaired the unit and I’ve had to spend a full month chasing refund! DO NOT PURCHASE

Take so long to heat up, uses so much electricity it’s not even worth using most people

Quick delivery. easy to set up, thats the positives. Les than two weeks use continual problems with over heating, support is awful they rely on AI chat which is so bad it’s laughable. Can’t speak to anyone, when you finally after 10 days get a response it’s by email you then spend hours and days going backwards and forwards with each time you are told to try something then that doesn’t work.

Bought this after previous tub developed a split in seam. This tub is fast better quality, a lot more comfortable with padding in floor for seating. Exterior walls have a bit of support in them which gives it more stability. Previous tub kept going soft over time and had to keep inflating it. Like most tubs I would say it comfortably fits 4 adults maybe 6 if you have kids.
