I’ve had other brands and so far, this is my favorite. I appreciate that the heater is built-in vs having to be attached on the outside. The “seat cushions” are nice but I would prefer them to be slightly fuller. It was extremely easy to put together. It feels very durable. The “bubbles” are nice and provide a gentle massage. I do wish it could be a little quieter but overall a great product for the price. We put this in our unfinished basement so it is not exposed to the elements or affected by the temperature.

Perfect for the space we have in garden and also plently of play area for the kids to enjoy the garden space / lawn too. We already have a thermal cover from old tub and it fits really well around it keeping it protected from waether condition when not in use

The only thing this spa does good is heat up and stay hot with the extra cover. I’ve had it for 2 weeks at this point. The pump never turns off even when the heater is not running. It’s gone through 2 filters in 2 weeks and now won’t work until I replace them. I’m the only one using the spa for 30min a day. So zero reasons for the filters to need replaced. I’ve contacted wave so many time trying to figure out a situation and they were completely unhelpful. Just keep repeating themselves instead of hearing me and providing a solution to this problem. I read reviews and this company is filtering out the ones like this. I’m 100% not satisfied and I’d 100% not recommend this company. What a waste of my money!!!!

My experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. The hot tub is currently unusable due to a defective GFCI power cord. The yellow TEST button on the GFCI is physically stuck, which prevents the RESET button from engaging. This is a mechanical failure of the GFCI itself, not a controller, heater, pump, or setup issue. Eventually support sent me a replacement part but they sent me the controller not the GFCI power cord. My online review will reflect my experience. Unbelivebaly frustrating!
