It took a long time for the filters to arrive and then they weren't the right ones. I ended up throwing them away instead of bothering with a return. Given how long it took to get them I couldn't image what a return and replacement process might look like. Why does everything have to be so hard?

My husband loves this hot tub! This was an upgrade from an inflatable tub. Very sturdy, easy to put together with 2 people, just follow the instructions. There’s a video instruction as well if needed. We’ve had it for a few weeks, so I’ll have to update on how long it lasts. Looks good on the deck!

I have spent lots on accessories for my Wave gardia. The issue is that the pumps are not up to the job. I have had two now both pumps with heating issues, do the spa has gone back and i have unused accessories
