Very pleased with the San Francisco. Very easy to setup, although it is large and arrives in a very big box an a pallet which takes a bit of unpacking. The delivery driver couldn't move the pallet up our gravel drive so I had to unpack it where he dropped it and move the various items bit by bit. The instructions were clear and it inflated very quickly and is very rigid. Much more solid than the cheap blow-up hot tubs that were around a few years ago. The water jets are very strong and are just what my partner needed for her bad back. I bought the additional thermal cover which was a good buy providing good protection and heat insulation. I have been switching the heater off overnight and the water temperature only drops about 3 degrees C.

Lovely hot tub, however I feel the lid is far too bulky for 1 person to remove, it could have been designed a little better by maybe allowing it to fold in half for removing. Apart from that it's fab ..... so nice my boy literally spent over 3 hours in it.

Completely heavenly massage when jets and bubbles are on together. Quiet motor. Very comfortable beds and benches inside. Perfect for lazing on. Head rests. Lots of room, easily seating 6 people Sturdy good looking exterior and interior. I’m finding it economical to run. The lights work by the jets. Easy to pop them in, gives a lovely light show as the evening closes in. I’m enjoying this hot tub a lot. I’m in it at dawn watching the sun come up (or the clouds) after all it is the U.K. I’m enjoying the relaxation in my bubbling warm couldron at the end of the day. I can recommend this hot tub 100%.
