[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hydrojets are a game changer. We previously had a Napa Lay-z-spa and were very pleased with it but decided to upgrade to the Santorini. Having the built-in seat is fantastic, but the hydrojets take it to the next level and more akin to a hard shell tub. Having higher walls also means we don't loose water due to it splashing over the side. The hydrojet lights are also a nice touch. Previous support from Lay-z-spa has been excellent, so we had no concerns when buying a more expensive model, so glad we did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I wasn't going away this summer I thought I would treat myself to a hot tub for the back garden. What a joy it has been. I am very glad that I spent a bit extra and bought a hot tub with hydrojets as these are much quieter and make it easier to chat in the tub. Also they power the lights in the hot tub which are just lovely at night. If you're thinking "Should I ? Shouldn't I?" then do it - I have and I'm very pleased that I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The circulation and filtration of this hot tub is rubbish, it never feels as hot as our last one and bits float in the water. The water doesn’t get circulated around the whole tub fully allowing the water to be pull into the filter properly, anything on the opposite side of the filter stays in the water. But the size and seats are great.
