Monestime Solid Wood Outdoor Bench

I was so looking forward to this bench and the finished product is not a representation of the work it took to put it together. The quality of the wood on the whole is good but the measured pieces which make up the back and the seat were unequal in length and it couldn't be built without the intervention of someone I called on to build it for me, someone who had to cut the pieces to equal length (I have never had problems with flat-pack furniture before). another problem was that the holes that were pre-drilled in some places were too deep for the plugs which render them inadequate for the job and the plugs are far too thin, they kept falling out - they should be tapped in and should stay in place without glue and two holes were not drilled at all. It also took the experienced joiner a lot longer than it should have done to put the bench together (in both our opinions). sorry for having to give such a negative review because I have always been satisfied before with the products that Wayfair sell.
