I purchased the masterbuilt gravity 800 and I am extremely surprised on how everything is Self adjusted and the versatility of the grill griddle and smoker and other features this gravity 800 can do. I recommend it.

I will never own another Masterbuilt product. The digital board failed me on the 4th of July! Wow. Of all times. Thanks Masterbuilt. I’ll just go buy a better product so it won’t happen again.

I am in a toxic relationship with my smoker. Every single time I go to use it I need to remove the app from my phone, download the app, and try multiple times to connect to my wifi. It’s not my wifi, I have many devices connected, no issues, it’s not the distance, when connected it shows full bars. It’s not my phone, I have last years model. If I didn’t love smoked food so much I don’t think the juice would be worth the squeeze. Get this smoker if you never intend to be somewhere quickly after throwing a rack on.

I’ve heard bad things about this product, I never thought it was not going to work fresh out the box. I ordered this for memorial weekend to spend time with family and spent time prepping meat and about 4 hours assembling just to get an error 1 code for temp probe. Everything seems in perfect condition including cabling, I removed the probe cable and removed power cord. Turned on the grill and with the same timing received the same error, suggesting it could be the controller. This thing KILLED my grill hype. Waiting for someone to pick this garbage out and give me my money back.
