Iberis Sheringham Aluminium & Rope Cube Set

Just assembled this cube set & what a disaster it took us 6 hours to assemble the chairs, very difficult to assemble & understand the instruction booklet, my husbands a qualified engineer & even he found it very difficult to understand, couldn’t understand why different screws for the chairs, still haven’t assembled the table yet, I’ve complained to wayfair who been very good ordering replacement parts as one of the chairs robe was loose & fraying on another chair at the back, hope the parts come quickly as we need to use our new table and chairs

What I should have done is to try and reach customer service before I bought this product. Had i done so I would have realised that there is no customer service but just a chit chat. I can't review the product because it comes with 64+ screws and instructions that only a flat pack expert can decipher. I have now had to employ a local tradesman, which has made this competitive product uncompetitive. If your are a whiz with an Alan key and can hold your frustration back from cross threaded screws this might be the product for you, but I won't be buying here again.

Built the table and chairs with some difficulty as instructions are poor. The worst part was trying to finish the chairs to find two items missing. They have promised to send replacement parts but after 4 plus weeks still awaiting them despite the supplier confirming they have the parts in stock. Looks like the summer will be over before we finish the chairs, if they ever deliver on their promise to supple the missing parts.

Fairly easy to assemble, neither of us are good at DIY and we managed it. Good for a small area, the chair back folds down and the cushions placed on top and the chairs fit right under the table for space saving and neatness. We bought the 120cm cover to keep it all nice and dry. Would recommend.

As with all the other reviews, the major let down for this set is the instructions. The pictures aren't detailed, look like they were made on MS Paint in the 1990s and show different bolt threads to what arrive in the pack. Once you manage to put it together, it's quite a nice, space saving set. Will be used by my kids throughout the summer.
