Roiguez 141cm Long Reclining Eucalyptus Single Chaise with Cushions

The chaise lounge is well made and a handsome piece of furniture. I am delighted with it !

The loungers are OK, however it appears they were damaged in transit (see 1st photo) and the little protective plastic covering on the recline mechanism is missing on the left hand side (2nd photo). This does not affect functionality but affects aesthetics (possibly the missing plastic covering may cause problems later). So overall disappointed.

Hi I was delighted with the quality of the chairs and the speedy delivery time. They were easy to assemble so all good however...one of the chairs will not lock in place using the armrests and is permanently reclined. I'd really like for this to be rectified soonest If the aftersale service is as good as the delivery and quality service I will be very happy.
