Poor quality product, from the material of the umbrella to the mechanics of the cantilever. It swings round in the wind and one of the parts has already bent. I knew this was a poor quality product as soon as I received it… Tried to return it… But the refund offered was less than 50% of the value of the product. So it wasn’t worth returning… Through negotiation I managed to get a bit of an extra discount. I’m stuck with an umbrella that’s pretty rubbish.

When the wind blows the shade moves all over the place.Would be nice to have an option where you can keep the shade still
