Prince was certainly wonderfully good fun to talk to. I have been charged 10 pounds to return the lounges that came completely disassembled. Prince told me that there was a description of this above the listing. I did not see it and when I revisited the listing it wasn’t there. So I feel a little bit annoyed about that. Prince said that to sweeten things I would be given a 10% discount code for my next purchase. I immediately went into the site and purchased two different loungers. But I only received 10% discount on one of them. I think there’s quite a lot that’s a little bit suspect in the way things are with Wayfair. I don’t blame Prince at all because I think he’s been told to talk like that to customers. The up shot is that I feel a slightly bad taste in my mouth about the whole thing. Anyway, let’s hope that these next loungers will arrive ready assembled. I feel that clarity and truthfulness should be strictly adhered to. Why not?
