I recently bought this product and it has arrived in good time, I’ve not yet attempted to assemble it so cannot comment on the product itself . However the slide was not boxed - just loose in the delivery van and very very dirty! Is this normal ? Not what I’d have expected when buying a new product!!!!

Our kids love this set- a surprise birthday gift. The quality looks beautiful and it feels hard wearing. Would really recommend. Bought a baby seat for our 1 year old old but will purchase another as our 4 year old isn't so comfortable on the big swing yet.

The frame itself is absolutely brilliant. Only issue was the swings are too short for my average height 5 year old. We've had to purchase longer ones so she can touch the floor.
