Umeh Melbourne Patio Wicker Chair with Removable Cushions

This isn't the best quality. The back is very low and crooked. I am still trying to resolve the issues. (Wayfair's site is having technical problems)It is completely crooked and one of the screw holes aren't machined properly so the screw doesn't go into the hole. I put a zip tie in it so it doesn't fall apart. I am hoping this can be resolved.After much back and forth all week with the manufacturer, I connected with Wayfair's customer service team by phone. Cathy and Shondra understood my issue and apologized for the lengthy delay is resolving my issue with this chair. My refund was processed immediatley and I am now shopping for something else at Wayfair. You can not beat their Customer service representatives!

Perfect fit for a small space. Going to add the ottoman !! Easy to put together well-made love the color of the fabric, even though it’s not pictured here. The brown wicker is a nice accent on my deck.

I absolutely love this item... Very good quality. The only frustration I had when putting it together there was an area that did not line up well. I had to really work with it in order for the screw to fit partially. But other than that I'm happy

Just what I expected. Meets my needs, however it is not a first class item. Few issues with screws fitting poorly, one had to be replaced. Otherwise exactly what you would expect for this kind of money. Came clean and I think it looks good. Take a look at the picture.

Another perfect patio chair. I just can’t have enough of them as they are quite comfortable and come with really nice cushions. I ordered pillows and they are on the way. Cali has been drenched for 2 months and I’m re-doing things!
