Wrong items supplied
2 man lift on all the boxes so why were both deliveries with just one driver.
Customer services outsourced and so had long difficult conversations. One person cut me off. The second one was helpful.
No parts were available to exchange and so we had to repack all the items before the collection, otherwise this could not happen. That might be fine with small items but we had a six seater garden furniture set to unassemble and repack. Given that we had 5 boxes and I am a small older female that was extremely difficult.
Second item only partially better but couldn’t face the issue of returning it all again. Still got item missing (door handle) and wrong items supplied (glasss beads not larvae rock). Also the pictures are not the same as the product supplied, rattan in the photo, only partial rattan.
As the instructions state keep dry, how is this possible with an ill fitting metal lid to the fire pit.
