You have sent one panel only of this 2 panel order It actually says '1 of 2'. Please advise as once again I am arranging for a builder to fix these onto my wall and I do not want to lose this slot. I have had multiple difficulties with this order and hope you can finally sort it.

Item was ordered on 27th August and has never been delivered by DHL. Various emails ranging from delivery on 2nd September, item is ready for collection at a depot 26 miles from my house, delivery on 8th September which was yesterday. What's app messages with Wayfair staff have not helped me get this order. Automated only with DHL so unable to find package with a human being. I have requested a full refund today so that I may go and purchase a similar product from Wickes. Its not as nice but at least I can get it and my builder can do the work I keep putting off because he needs these inserts. I will never order from Wayfair again. I have not got anywhere with staff from there all they do is check the same tracking information that Iook at. Terrible experience that has delayed a build.
