Wanted something different and this was it really lovely and comfortable

I would give you no stars if I could .First package was damaged also left in a communal area not address stated on order so we had no chance to inspect our order if we had seen the state off our package we would not have accepted it . To top it off we opened our package and found no fixings to put it together I.e no screws or bolts to assemble said item garden furniture. After numerous phone calls and emails I was told the parts would be sent now nearly 4 weeks wait parts supposedly will arrive on 22 nd August. So why was I never offered a full replacement free of charge and the useless garden set returned to wayfair. And as for delivery company eviri they must have seen the damaged packaging so why we weren't informed from them it was badly damaged terrible service from them . Absolutely disgraceful service from both wayfair and eviri why does it take so long to resolve the issues. I don't want entered into the draw as this is a truthfully honest review. I won't be expecting any response from wayfair but maybe I'll hold my breath and miracles do happen
