This spear (fleur-de-lys) top tall garden gate is a heavy-duty high-quality metal gate. Note: The listed sizes fit a total post-to-post gap, the hinge and latch gaps are already accounted for. The physical width of the gate is less than the listed width. The physical height to the top of the spear finial is as listed. The shoulder frame height is 1772mm. Electro-galvanized for added rust resistance and powder-coated black, the finish must be inspected and any chips touched up. The galvanizing is not a 100% rustproof guarantee. Like any outdoor metal product, it may need to be painted every couple of years to ensure a long life. Moving parts will need to be touched up regularly.
